Lesley has been a proven sales and marketing executive in the events industry for over 25 years. Most of that time was spent at Hilton, where she held the Managing Director and Customer Engagement & Events positions and currently has her own consulting business, Brasesco Hospitality Partners. Lesley is well-known in the industry as an accomplished forward-thinking professional who has a passion for creating and managing compelling, multi-channel, global sales initiatives, and technology projects.

As Senior Director, Experience Marketing, Mary leads a team that directs Workday's corporate event portfolio with a mission to deliver innovative and compelling integrated event experiences that drive business impact. Her team recently won the 2020 Most Innovative Meeting Award for Workday Rising.  Mary also leads an event best practice group called The Event Marketing Strategy Council that supports event leaders primarily in the tech sector. Mary is a founding member of Chief and has served on the Board of Directors of CEMA.

Kati leads the Global Industry Audience Marketing team at Microsoft. Kati is responsible for the  buyer journey across seven primary industries, providing insights and innovation. Kati drives  marketing engagements and brings industry solutions to life by leveraging events, web, press,  analysts with Microsoft’s customers and partners across the globe for each key industry.  

Kati previously led the global product marketing communications team for the Business  Applications solution area at Microsoft, the partner marketing team, and led event marketing for  the Microsoft Corporate Events team. She is a former chairman of PCMA.
